About me

After moving to Australia from Europe, I settled in Brisbane. Here, I found the joy of incorporating yoga into my everyday life.
The JOY also comes from sharing this extraordinary spiritual practice.
I completed my main teacher training and several tailored courses in different styles of yoga, meditation, qigong and somatic movement.
One of the first lessons that I learnt was that asanas (poses) are only a piece of the wholeness of yoga.
I'm passionate about helping others to find their unique ways for releasing tension and reviving their energy.
My message is that yoga is available for everyone and I'm here to share how.
